All about me.

Well, maybe not ALL about me. But here's what you need to know: I've been working in the education field for over 25 years: teaching, grantwriting, fundraising, marketing, coordinating admissions, writing newsletters, helping to incorporate technology, and more. I have helped families to identify the best educational fit for their children, as well as worked with both public and independent schools and numerous nonprofits to grow their audience.

I have two wonderful children, neither of whom live at home anymore, and a husband who rocks. Our large dog and small cat complete the family.

I'm a former figure skater and an avid reader, and I took up Olympic Weightlifting a few years ago. I appreciate nature and wildlife and love being outdoors.

Originally from the DC area, I am a proud alumna of the Holton-Arms School and Amherst College. I also hold an M.Ed. and certification in Education Administration & Supervision from the University of Maryland. I am now a devoted resident of Rhode Island (which, for those of you who are not familiar with the Ocean State, is NOT an island).
